Scott Depenbrok

CEO/President

Scott Depenbrok has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and motion control industry. His career began at Bearing Engineers, Inc., which later rebranded as Motion Solutions. After working as a Field Sales Engineer, he moved on to Yaskawa Electric America, where he continued in a similar role. He later joined Danaher’s Kollmorgen division as a Global Account Manager, serving major clients in the Semiconductor, Electronic Assembly, and Flat Panel Display markets.

During his time at Danaher, Scott gained valuable experience in strategic planning and tactical thinking, which informs his decision-making process today. Eventually, his career path led him back to his starting point – Bearing Engineers. He returned to the company as a Branch Manager in Northern California and actively participated in its growth, targeting a new level of productivity and profitability. Today, Scott is the CEO and President of Motion Solutions, guiding the company through this growth phase.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. He holds a BSME and a BS in Aeronautical Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
