How is life testing done, and what are the benefits? Knowing how many years a product will perform in the field can be important for OEMs in certain industries. Life testing capabilities allow us to continuously run equipment for hours and hours (or days and days) to simulate years of use and the wear and tear those years of use create. Sometimes after analyzing the test data, we make design changes that better (or increase) the machine’s functionality and life span.
